- Lay an uncooked slice of bacon on a baking sheet.
- Place a slice of swiss cheese on the center of the bacon.
- Either pound a chicken breast with a kitchen mallet to make it flat, or butterfly it all the way through to make flat two slices.
- Lay your chicken (1 slice) on top of the bacon/swiss cheese.
- Place about a tablespoon of cream cheese on the chicken.
- Place another slice of swiss cheese over the cream cheese.
- Start rolling the entire set up so that you have the bacon/swiss cheese on the outside of the rolled up chicken.
- Place in a baking dish swiss cheese side up.
- Make as many as you would like.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven until the bacon looks done.
- Enjoy! (It should look pretty saucy)
